Swan - Notice history

Payment processing will be delayed from December 31 2025 to January 1 2026, due to bank closures during the holiday period. Standard Credit Transfers & Direct Debits created during these dates will be executed on January 2. All transactions will process automatically once banking operations resume. No impact is expected for internal transfers, Instant Credit Transfers or International Credit Transfers.

From 02:00 AM to 03:10 AM on 17 Dec 2025, we’ll be undergoing planned maintenance on Swan's payment system.

As a result, incoming and outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers will be unavailable with no access for partners or end users. Instant payments sent during this period will be rejected.

If the the fallback feature is activated, instant transfers created during this time will automatically convert to standard transfers.

From 23h00 on 25 Nov to 00h15 on 26 Nov, we will be undergoing planned maintenance affecting our card management service. During this time, View PIN and Card Creation services will be unavailable.

From 2h-3h10 CET on 23 Nov, we will be undergoing planned maintenance. SEPA Instant Credit Transfers IN and OUT will be unavailable during this time, and payment sent during this period will be rejected.

For outgoing payments, the payment will be processed as a standard SEPA Credit Transfer if the fallback feature is enabled.

On 18 Nov from 23h30-23h45, we will be undergoing planned maintenance affecting our card management service. During this time, View PIN and Card Creation services will be unavailable.
