Swan - Notice history

Since 9:00am today, we are currently experiencing an issue with Online Card payment. Our teams are actively working to resolve this. Thank you for your patience.

As of 18:51 CET, we are experiencing a total outage of outgoing and incoming SEPA Instant Credit Transfers. For payments where the fallback option is enabled, they will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer.

Between 12:16 and 13:55 CET, we experienced a partial outage of incoming SEPA Instant Credit Transfers.

Starting from 02:59 CET, we experienced a failure in Instant SEPA Credit Transfers, resulting on all SCT Instant to be refused. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates accordingly

From 11:46am on 24th June 2026, we're experiencing system-wide outage outage on our API. We're investigating and will update by 1pm.

As of 17h54 CET, we are experiencing a partial outage of outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers for a subset of BICs. For payments where the fallback option is enabled, they will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer.

As of 15h, there is an issue with displaying card numbers virtually. Users may not be able to access card details through Swan Web Banking or partner applications. We are investigating the root cause and will provide an update by 17h.
