As of 12h40, we have identified a delay in some payments appearing in the API after execution. We are investigating the root cause, and will provide the next update by 14h30.

As of 15h22 CET, we are experiencing a partial outage of outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers due to instability at an external bank. For payments where the fallback option is enabled, they will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer.

We are currently investigating the issue with our banking provider and will provide the next update by 17h.

As of 17h54 CET, we are experiencing a partial outage of outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers for a subset of BICs. For payments where the fallback option is enabled, they will be processed as a standard SEPA transfer.

As of 15h, there is an issue with displaying card numbers virtually. Users may not be able to access card details through Swan Web Banking or partner applications. We are investigating the root cause and will provide an update by 17h.

Starting from 11h45, we are experiencing an outage on a key operations tool. We are actively working on a fix, but please anticipate a delay in KYC and Capital Deposit processing. We will provide an update before 15h with more concrete delay timing and impacted processes.

As of 16h46 CET, we are experiencing an issue with incoming SEPA Instant Credit Transfers.

Starting from 22:44 CEST, we are experiencing a failure in Card Payments, resulting on some Card Transactions to be refused. We are currently investigating.

As of 13h15, we are experiencing an issue with verification of payee. Users may encounter disruptions in the service. We will update by 14h30 with more information.

As of 12:56, we are experiencing a provider-side outage of the Get PIN/View PIN action. We will update here by 15h with status.
