    Starting 17:45 on Jan 30, we are experiencing a technical issue that is causing degraded performance on our API. Partners are unable to access the Supporting Documents tab for SDD transactions in the Swan Dashboard. This outage will last through the weekend and into early next week. 

    We will provide more specific timing on resolution early Monday morning (Feb 2).
