As of 2h38 this morning, the situation has been resolved. Failed actions can be retried to proceed.

A fix for this incident will be implemented between 00h00 and 2h00 this evening, 20 May. As a result of the work, incoming and outgoing SEPA Instant Credit Transfers will be unstable or unreachable during this time. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight and will provide an update early tomorrow morning.

The incident at our provider is ongoing, with remediation scheduled for later this evening. We will update here first thing tomorrow morning with the status.

The situation is improving but some instability remains. As operations resume, some transfer are expected to be rejected. We will provide a final status update for the day before 18h30.

Incoming Instant Credit Transfers appear to have recovered, while outgoing transfers remain blocked. We will provide the next update before 16h30.

International Credit Transfer execution is also impacted by this outage. International Transfers will be scheduled but not executed until the incident has resolved.
