Swan - LIVE - Card Transactions/API – Incident details

This incident has been resolved and all associated issues have been remediated.

We have completed several remediation actions and are in progress for all remaining tasks. We are continuing to work towards an EOD resolution. Next update will be posted before 18h00.

Card actions continue to be stable. We are completing final actions to remediate side effects of the root issue and anticipate that to be resolved by end of day. Next update will be at 16h to confirm timing.

We are continuing to monitor the fix and resolve associated issues with affected partners. We will provide the next update at 14h00 CET.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result. Card transactions are back to processing as normal.

We are continuing to work on the root cause of this issue, but anticipate an initial resolution by 18h. Next update will be no later than 17h45 to confirm timing. Card transactions are still paused for the time being.
