With our latest release, we realized that two rejection reason codes were missing for the recently released "SepaInstantCreditTransferOut" transactions:

- "BeneficiaryBankNotReachable" when the beneficiary bank cannot receive Sepa Instant Credit Transfers
- "SwanOffline" when Swan is offline for maintenance on the Sepa Instant Credit Transfers schemes (force majeur case)
